- The EP21 Website has become quite busy over the past
two years and is in need of a "make over".  I'm really busy
with other paperwork, but I know that our website is the first
introduction of EP21 to many of our supporters, so I will
make it more user-friendly.  My laptop has been in  the shop
for 2-weeks so I'm still waiting for it to be returned before I
update the sites or documents therein.

- Print out the Teenformation Newsletters and the Timeline
on the homepage and then post them on your
REFRIGERATOR!
1.  Opportunities are emailed to me periodically.  I share
them all with you so you can decide early whether or not you
want to take advantage of them.
opportunities EP21 parents and teens are sharing with the
group!  I'll try to always put the newest entries up front.
2. EP21 has been selected for an award, so I'm going to
accept it on behalf of our teens.  When I get an award, WE
get an award.  Please let Kathy know if you can make it our
not and ask to sit at my table, if possible.  See the email
excerpt below for details:

Nippy,
You might want to announce that you will receive the
Frederick Douglass Emancipator Award at the June 12
(might be the 13th) 10th Annual Juneteenth Freedom Dinner
(6:30 - 9:30pm). The award is presented to individuals/
organizations whose work, commitment and advocacy will
help others move to a higher level than they might have
otherwise.  The dinner will be at the Little Carver Civic
Center. If anyone wants tickets/tables, they can reach me at
this e-mail (Kathy Clay-Little <kathyrclaylittle@yahoo.com>)
or call 663-4218. TELL HER YOU WANT TO SIT AT  THE EP21
TABLE, if possible.
